Check the event organizer’s official announcement and authorized ticketing channels first. If you consider a resale listing, compare its date, seat, quantity and transfer conditions with the organizer’s rules.
Does buying a resale ticket guarantee admission?
No. Admission and identity checks are determined by the organizer. Some tickets cannot be transferred or require the original purchaser to attend. Ask about unclear restrictions before payment; a platform purchase does not override them.
What verification is required on Myticket Global?
Register with a verified phone number and email address. Complete identity verification when required before payment. Platform identity verification is separate from the organizer’s entry checks.
What should I check in the payment amount?
Review the ticket price, any protection service charge and the Global Marketplace Service Fee shown at checkout. Card issuer exchange rates or fees may also apply. Use the actual checkout total rather than the ticket price alone.
When should I confirm my purchase?
Receive and use the ticket without issues before confirming the purchase. For non-delivery or admission problems, contact support before confirmation and keep messages and supporting information in the transaction. Protection and refund eligibility are subject to the terms.
