How to buy

Step 1 → Ticket & buyer information

Check the event date, seats, quantity, listing notes, and delivery method before continuing to checkout.

  • Review your buyer information. For shipping orders, check the recipient, country, full address, postal code, and phone number.

Step 2 → Payment amount

Review the ticket price, any buyer protection add-on, and the 10% Global Marketplace Service Fee. The service fee is calculated on the combined ticket price and buyer protection add-on.

  • The amounts below are examples for one ticket and include the service fee. Check the actual breakdown and currency at checkout; your card issuer may apply exchange rates or fees.

Check the card payment option and continue to the payment window.

  • Complete any verification requested by your card issuer. Available payment options depend on the order.

Step 4 → Review & pay

Read the transaction terms, electronic contract, and notices before agreeing and paying.

  • If the payment result is unclear, check Purchases before trying again. When a status refresh button appears, use it to check the existing payment.

After payment

  1. 01. Check your order

    Check the payment and order status in Purchases. Do not pay twice if the result is still being confirmed.

  2. 02. Receive your ticket

    Coordinate with the seller in Mytalk. Review delivery details and attachments in Purchases, and receive the ticket using your selected delivery method.

  3. 03. Confirm after use

    After using the ticket without issues, confirm the purchase. For non-delivery or admission issues, contact support before confirming.

Before you buy

  • Check the event date, local start time, seat details, and quantity.
  • Read the organizer’s identity verification and transfer rules. A ticket purchase does not override admission restrictions.
  • Keep payments and transaction messages on Myticket.
  • If an issue occurs before use, contact support before confirming your purchase. Protection and refunds are subject to the applicable terms.
