Receiving a ticket for an event in Korea
Understand digital ticket delivery, physical shipping and on-site handoff, and check organizer admission restrictions before buying.

How are digital tickets delivered?
Check the listing’s delivery method and agree on the delivery deadline in Mytalk. A digital ticket or PIN may require the organizer’s app or additional authentication. A screenshot alone may not be accepted for entry.
What information is needed for physical shipping?
Provide the recipient’s name, phone number, country, full address including any apartment or room number, and postal code. Confirm that the seller can deliver to that destination before paying. Do not assume international shipping is available for every listing.
Can I receive a ticket at a hotel?
Ask the accommodation whether it accepts deliveries and confirm the recipient name and stay dates. Allow time for shipping and arrange how the ticket will reach you if it arrives before check-in.
How should I arrange an on-site handoff?
Agree on a specific meeting location and time before the event, leaving enough time for entry. Keep the agreement in Mytalk. A handoff does not remove any identity or transfer restrictions imposed by the organizer.
What if the ticket is late or the details are wrong?
Keep the listing, messages and delivery information, then contact support before confirming the purchase. Review the applicable terms for the evidence and conditions required to assess the issue.
